Digiri Terms of Service
Effective date: August 18, 2026 Last updated: August 18, 2026
By downloading, installing, or using Digiri ("we," "us," the "App"), operated by Digiri, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Developer"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Digiri, you confirm you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). Digiri is invite-only — using it also means you obtained your invite code legitimately, either from an existing user or through our waitlist.
2. Invite-only access
Digiri requires a valid invite code to create an account. Each account is issued one permanent, personal invite code, reusable to invite as many people as you like — it's not a one-time-use credential, and doesn't expire on its own. You're responsible for who you share your code with — we don't vet invitees beyond requiring a valid code. We may disable a code at our discretion. Codeless visitors may join a waitlist by providing an email address; joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee an invite or create an account.
Redeeming someone's invite code automatically creates a connection between you and the person who invited you, recorded the same way as any other connection under Section 4 below — this reflects the real relationship of one of you inviting the other, not something either of you enters separately.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information (a real email you control, in particular — it's how we deliver password resets and reminders).
- You may sign in with a password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple (iOS only); linking a Google or Apple identity to an existing password account requires that the provider has verified the same email address. If you sign in with a password, we check it against known data-breach records before accepting it (see our Privacy Policy) — this never sends your actual password anywhere, only a partial cryptographic fingerprint.
- Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the invite system, or misuse the messaging or introduction-request features described below.
4. Your content — and content about other people
Digiri is built around information about your real-world relationships, which means much of what you enter is inherently about other people, not just you. This includes:
- Connections and provenance — a contact's name, how and when you say you met them, tags, and notes you write.
- Circles — private groupings you create to organize your connections.
- "Knows each other" facts — your claim that two of your own contacts know one another.
You retain ownership of this content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the service (the Degrees graph, path search, reminders, and introduction requests). Consistent with our Privacy Policy, this content is private to your account — we never show it, or the notes you write, to anyone else, including the person a note is about.
Because this content is about real third parties, you agree:
- You'll only enter information you have a legitimate basis to hold (e.g., it reflects an actual relationship or interaction), not fabricated or defamatory claims about someone.
- You won't use the App to harass, stalk, or build a profile on someone for a purpose unrelated to your own genuine relationship-tracking.
- You're solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of what you enter about other people, and for complying with any applicable law (including data-protection law) that may apply to information you hold about others.
We may remove content or suspend accounts we determine violates this section.
5. Direct messages
If you and another user have added each other as a connection (a "mutual" connection), either of you may message the other directly through the App. Unlike Section 4's content, which you write about someone else, a message is content you send to another real person, and they can reply. You agree not to use messaging to harass, threaten, or send unsolicited commercial content. We don't monitor message content, but we may review it if needed to investigate a report of abuse or comply with a legal request, and we may suspend accounts that misuse this feature. If a participant deletes their account, the conversation remains visible to the other participant, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
6. Introduction requests
Digiri lets you ask a mutual connection ("the bridge") to introduce you to someone else. By design: the target of an introduction is never notified that a request exists unless the bridge agrees to make the introduction, and the bridge can decline at any time with no obligation to explain why. Introduction requests are a Pro-tier feature (see Section 7). You agree not to use this feature to pressure, harass, or repeatedly re-request an introduction a bridge has already declined.
7. Subscriptions
Digiri offers a free tier and an optional Pro tier with additional features (3rd-degree search, introduction requests, reminder intelligence, unlimited circles). As of this writing, Digiri is in beta and paid subscriptions are not yet live — no payment method is collected and no charges occur. When paid subscriptions launch through the App Store / Play Store (via Apple, Google, and RevenueCat as our subscription-management provider):
- Prices will be shown in your local currency through the App Store/Play Store, and may change with notice to existing subscribers before their next renewal.
- Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period, and will be billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account, not by us directly.
- Refund requests go through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, per their own policies — we don't process refunds directly.
- If we offer a free trial, it will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled first, and trial eligibility is determined by the platform (Apple/Google), not by us.
This section will be updated with concrete pricing and terms before payments actually go live.
8. Your data — deletion and export
You can delete individual connections and circles at any time from within the App. You can delete your entire account — permanently and immediately, including your connections, circles, provenance history, and reminders — from Profile → Delete account; this cannot be undone. You can export a full copy of your account's data at any time from Profile → Export my data. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what's included in each, including messages (Section 5), which are handled differently — see our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code beyond what applicable law permits.
- Access or attempt to access another user's account, or circumvent the App's authentication or authorization mechanisms.
- Use automated means (scraping, bulk account creation) to interact with the App outside its intended use.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
10. Intellectual property
Digiri, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions / Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for conduct we determine is harmful to other users or to the service — including fabricating relationship data about others, abusing the invite system, or misusing introduction requests or messaging. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends; we handle your account data per our Privacy Policy's deletion/retention terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion as described in Section 8.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Digiri IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that any relationship-path or introduction the App surfaces is accurate or current, or that data will never be lost.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP — INCLUDING ANY DISPUTE, MISUNDERSTANDING, OR HARM ARISING FROM CONTENT ANOTHER USER ENTERED ABOUT YOU, MESSAGED TO YOU, OR FROM AN INTRODUCTION MADE OR DECLINED THROUGH THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date above and notify you in the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
